Your New Role:

As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Brand and Marketing team to conceive, design, and execute captivating digital assets for our Accountants events. From web and social media to email campaigns and webinars, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and drive engagement through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute a diverse range of digital assets with creativity and precision, while maintaining brand consistency
Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion/animation campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Develop scalable design approaches and streamline design processes for efficiency
Partner closely with marketing teams to create engaging assets that drive impact and generate leads
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and effective communication
Manage multiple project workstreams with complex timelines, utilizing strong communication skills to set and manage expectations
Champion change and drive transformation within our design system
Apply analytical thinking to creative solutions, leveraging design to achieve business objectives
Provide design guidance to cross-functional teams, backed by data-driven insights and industry trends

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, or related fields
Proven track record in end-to-end campaign development across various digital media channels
Deep understanding of visual design principles and methods, ensuring consistent application across all communications
Experience synthesizing customer insights to inform design decisions and drive business results
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
Strong communication skills with a focus on building collaborative relationships across teams
Passion for exploring new ideas and driving continuous innovation
