The role
We are seeking a consultant who has a strong customer service background using detailed product knowledge to encourage customers to purchase our clients products. Follow up all customer quotations / enquiries to ensure all of their requirements have been fulfilled.
Duties
- Providing a good customer experience
- Client follow up
- Managing stock control
- Stay up to date with product knowledge
- Database management and updating customer details
- Organizing transport and deliveries
- Showcasing products
- Assist with trade nights, product training sessions and Centre events upon liaison with Senior Centre staff. Hospitality duties are required at these functions.
- Be willing to participate in the online training modules – active participation required.
Skills and experience
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High standard of presentation.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to qualify a customer on their needs and give advice appropriately on the correct appliances.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and easily.
- Strong teamwork skills.
