About your new role
...
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will step into a warm desk taking charge of a thriving market in Perth.
This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage existing warm relationships while building and
bringing new business within the Non Profit and Local Councils industry. You will be responsible for placing both
temporary/contract and permanent Business Support candidates.
Joining our team means collaborating with a dedicated group of recruitment consultants, benefitting from
the support of an experienced manager. Drawing on their expertise in the industrial industry, you will
receive valuable guidance and resources to excel in your role.
A day in your new role
● 360 end to end recruitment
● Business Development with new and existing clients
● Conducting market mapping and talent acquisition strategies to identify top industry professionals
● Nurture and grow client relationships
● Plan and execute hiring strategies
● Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
● Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
