About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Director as a true partner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the business, including HR, accounting, marketing and procurement
- Overseeing the sales team, including managing sales budgets, KPIs and targets
- Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the fast delivery of projects
- Ensuring health and safety compliance with industry standards
- Developing and improving internal processes and procedures

About You:
- Prior experience in Operations, Project Management, Office Management, Executive Assistant
- Previous experience in Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Engineering or Shopfitting is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
