I'm seeking a Lead Educator to join my clients Junior (15 months-2 year olds) & Senior Studio team (2-3 year olds) in Manly, Brisbane, where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging and inquiry-based learning experiences that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity among children aged 15 months-2 years in the Junior Studio and 2-3 year olds in the Senior Studio.
- Collaborate with co-educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that honours each child's unique abilities, interests, and cultural background.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, serving as a mentor and role model in the studio community.
- Actively participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and pedagogical approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualified)
- Working towards Diploma or Bachelor's qualification (for Lead Educator role in Junior Studio)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for inquiry-based learning and commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy
