Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain all employee records, ensuring all details are up to date
- Help develop, coordinate, and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensure they are communicated
- Maintain the HR inbox
- Contribute to significant HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives and the development of training programs, to enhance staff satisfaction and productivity
Key Qualifications:
- The ability to manage and prioritise tasks where needed
- Capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- High level of communication skills with a great eye for detail
- The ability to build rapport, trust and engagement with stakeholders
- Previous experience working within HR or administration desired
