Your New Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized executive administrator to join the research team within a leading global financial services institution. As the executive administrator you will play a crucial role in providing support to various sector research Research Analysts and Associates, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency of research activities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management of all senior and junior analysts including logging of meetings
- Preparing for meeting and events; organizing room and venue bookings, catering and liaising with key stakeholders to register for events, preparing itineraries and liaising with offshore staff for upcoming trips etc
- Travel and Accommodation; booking domestic and offshore travel
- Coordinate reporting season functions
- Process monthly expenses and invoices
- Facilities management, new hires, security access, building maintenance etc
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an executive administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
