This exciting opportunity entails an initial 6-month contract, providing the successful candidate with a chance to make a meaningful impact within the organisation. The role will be stationed in the vibrant locale of North Sydney, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.
... Your new role as Contracts Specialist:
- Identifying and managing sourcing opportunities
- Handling contract administration and contract management ensuring compliance
- Managing key sourcing activities
- Collaborating with Procurement and Category Managers
- Driving sourcing process improvements and outcomes
- Providing support for sourcing and tendering processes
- Delivering procurement and tendering processes
- Maintaining and analysing procurement vendors and spending data
- Presenting recommendations for value and improvement
About you:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Procurement policy and processes including tendering, sourcing and contract management.
- Experience in the indirect procurement space would be beneficial
- Effective influencing and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
