About the role
You will support the Marketing team with coordinating and executing a range of Marketing activities. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Production and management of marketing assets across various channels in partnership with graphic design agency and marketing managers.
- Coordination of User Generated Content (UGC) development and execution including building and maintaining a content library and liaising with UGC participants.
- Coordination of online and in-person consumer events, webinars, and seminars.
- Maintenance of marketing asset library, including version control, ensuring compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
- Production of monthly social content calendar in partnership with social agency partner.
- Coordination of the delivery of campaign and production launches.
- Production of and co-ordination of website content, updating existing website content in line with evolving brand requirements.
- Moderation of social media commentary across Facebook and Instagram.
- Copywriting – blogs, website, social media, EDMs
- Implementation of SEO best practices in partnership with digital advertising agency partner.
- Liaise with CX and Logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of online orders.
- Identification of opportunities to improve website experience – conversion rate optimisation.
- Regular reporting of key Marketing metrics.
- Other adhoc administration tasks required.
About you
- 2 years+ experience in Marketing, agency or client side.
- Qualifications in Marketing or similar.
- Experience working with CRM, website CMS and automation tools preferred.
- Experience creating content and social media posts.
- Digital and multi-channel marketing experience desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude with experience interpreting data and numbers.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
