The IT Analyst/ Business Integrator role is a long term contract based in Sydney CBD offering flexible working. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates/supports User Acceptance Testing for new application launches
- Coordinates webinars with vendors and engages business key stakeholders evaluating locations and technology fit for remote webinars for vendor to manage
- Assist defining user acceptance criteria for system deployment and supporting client acceptance testingand validation documentation maintenance
- Support and provide over site for Digital Studio working with local vendor to coordinate regional meetings, in studio recordings and working with Korea team for video editing requirements while managing governance and room usage dashboards
- Support Sales and Marketing Organisations by partnering with to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with Share-Point Online, Microsoft Teams / 365 Suite
- Experience working with Power-Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Business user integration experience within an Agile environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate IT technical ideas into a business context
- Strong problem solving & root cause identification skills
- Operational background
