Purpose :
This role is providing support to a small to medium user base 100+ across multiple locations.

You will :
- Provide first point of IT contact for all staff
- Assist Staff either face to face, email or over the phone to help resolve IT issues
- Troubleshoot issues to resolution and/or escalate to partner organisations as required
- Log all Incidents and Service Requests
- Maintain system and data security to ensure client's network integrity
Essential Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum Basic Microsoft Windows
- Minimum Intermediate Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Professional Customer Service accreditation
- ITIL Fundamentals
- Working knowledge of small business IT environments
- Mature understanding and appreciation of unique client needs
- IT Service provider relationship management
- Working knowledge of ITIL fundamentals, with focus on Service Operations
