An exciting new role is on offer as a WHS Advisor working with Randstad, a multi-national organisation.

A great opportunity exists to join the WHS and Injury Management Team within Randstad, a multi-national organisation specialising in recruitment and labour hire.

Randstad is a global leader providing specialised recruitment services across a variety of industry sectors. We are looking for a passionate and motivated WHS professional to join our NSW & ACT team focusing on our busy blue collar sector.

In this role you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your motivation to support our clients and ability to develop effective relationships with key internal managers and recruitment consultants will be essential to your ongoing success. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic professional that are able to encourage and influence positive change.

Key duties include:



* Perform workplace safety assessments across multiple industry sectors including transport, civil construction and manufacturing workplaces.
* Complete incident investigations and corrective action plans for all hazards, accidents and near miss incidents ensuring such investigations are undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide appropriate training on an as needs basis including the delivery of Safety Alerts and Toolbox Talks internally and externally.

To be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:



* Formal tertiary qualifications in a safety or related discipline
* Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety, including the appropriate legislation
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Preparedness to travel frequently within metro centres and travel to Sydney as required
* Current drivers license
