Team Leader - Contact Centre - Business Support - Melbourne CBD

Our Melbourne Business Support division is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join the Contact Centre team.

The Contact Centre team is a high performing team who has gone from strength to strength with a YOY growth. They are a highly-driven, motivated, cohesive, dedicated and fun team all working towards a common goal. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of 2 Recruitment Consultants.

In this role, there will be a heavy emphasis on the Assessment Center process, quality assurance, relationship management, design and implementation, delivery , facilitation and client reviews and feedback session; essentially, you will be responsible for managing the entire Assessment Center delivery method via people and process. There is also a heavy client-facing element to this role

This role would suit a Team Leader looking to work in a fast paced environment or a Senior Consultant ready for the next step in their career.

We are looking for a proactive, results driven professional, who builds strong working relationships with both clients and candidates. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment. We are looking for candidates with commercial acumen, business sense and most importantly an outstanding work-ethic
