What's on offer:

We are seeking a professional, organised, engaging and dedicated Team Coordinator who likes to set the bar high, is customer focused and highly organised to join the team. As the Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing coordination and administration support to the General Manager and HR Specialist recruitment team.

What you will be doing:

Your day will be busy and varied, you duties will include but be limited to:



* High level coordination and administrative support
* Event Management for HR Breakfast series and HR Masterclasses
* Reception duties, meet & greet clients and executive candidates
* Coordinating team activities, quality processes and action items
* Recruitment administration, timesheets, and contractor support
* Reporting, weekly, monthly and quarterly
