The Role

Are you interested in working in a fast, rewarding and challenging environment? As a Resourcer in our technologies division, you will join a successful team of Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants. You will be assisting them in candidate sourcing and managing within the IT market across NSW, for clients within the government space. As part of the role you will also be responsible for general sales administration support for the team.

The purpose of your role as a Resourcer is to be supportive of your team with candidate management. The daily duties include posting adverts, mining the database, boolean searches, shortlisting, screening and interviewing candidates, database maintenance, ensuring quality assurance compliances and administrative duties.

About you

Do you have a real interest in the world of business and IT, how it works, what makes it tick and continually seeking out opportunities for qualified candidates? Then we want you! You will have recently graduated from your tertiary qualifications and looking to kick-start a career in recruitment.

We strongly believe that every job is a selling job whereby skills, experience, expertise and ability are sold to the customer/client. You have previous experience working in sales or business development in a KPI driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your key strengths, along with the ability to work within a team focus, and career and achievement driven. You will possess a flexible, motivated and dedicated work attitude with the ability to hit weekly KPI’s and month GP targets.

We will ensure you have your own personal development plan to map your growth and progression within the organisation.

What does success look like?

The successful candidate would ideally be able to demonstrate their professionalism, ability and experience within the recruitment industry or similar. This position demands a positive and enthusiastic high achiever with a passion for people. The successful candidate will be able to achieve company KPI’s extending their knowledge to drive and increase the number of candidates spoken, number of CV’s sent to clients, and number of interviews conducted each week.
