job description

  • Do you live or have considered relocating to sunny Australia?
  • Do you thrive on a fast paced environment which is well structured and allows for growth and recognition almost instantly?
  • Are you up for the challenge of leading from the front as a billing consultant and also performing the role of Team Leader?

Randstad is proud to have become the second largest HR services provider in the world thanks to our reputation for service excellence and the fact that we're built on recommendations. If you are looking for a company who prides itself on giving each and every employee a career and is focused on people, then being a Recrutier here in Randstad is the right recruitment job for you.

Our efforts in the area of sustainability as a professional services provider have been recognized by our inclusion in the 2015 Dow Jones. Looking back at our local operational performance - significant progress has been made across Australia; our revenue increased and our eleven different divisions grew at or above the market.

At Randstad we are always looking for innovative ways to optimize our processes. Technology with a human touch is what differentiates Randstad from our competitors.

The role

Randstad Australia is looking for a Team Leader to come and joiun the team in Sydney. This is the perfect opportunity for you to leave the cold UK winter behind you and come to Australia just in time for our summer!

In this role you will have the opportunity to nurture, grow and develop an already very well established busy Government desk whilst supporting an experienced team of four. This is a large-scale temporary desk with huge potential to grow even further. The role entails managing the entire recruitment project cycle from job qualification through to offer management and aftercare, along with navigating the Government portal and MSP recruitment space to success.

Your day will be varied and involve working with external clients and candidates, along with internal stakeholders and support teams to ensure the smooth and effective running of your desk. Supported by your Manager you will lend support and direction to the team where needed.

The team

This is your opportunity to work with a specialized team which includes a candidate manager, a business development manager and three consultants. You will lead this team which can include team building and motivation, general recruitment operations leadership, day planning and problem solving.

Support and training is as thorough as needed and we recognize no one size fits all. Your manager is fully committed to ensuring your own career development plan and partner with you to reach your own aspirations along with the business goals.

About you

You will be an experienced Recruiter who is hard working, motivated and business development focused and looking for a great opportunity to further their career. You must have a minimum of 5 years full-time working experience or a degree and 3 years full-time working experience in order to meet the visa criteria.

You are an expert relationship builder and can deliver to tight time-frames in a fast paced, competitive recruitment landscape.
