Recruitment Resourcer



* Recruit candidates for our clients in architecture
* Support 2 Recruitment Consultants
* Join as a Candidate Manager
* Possibility to move into a Recruitment Consultant role in 6-12 months
* Source white collar professionals for our clients

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Branch Manager for Construction, Property and Engineering you will work alongside and support 2 Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for the recruitment of professionals in Architecture in Sydney. Your key responsibilities:



* Create candidate attraction strategies
* Publishing job adverts
* Screen and interview candidates
* Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, skill requirements and market information
* Brief and coach your candidates prior to interviews with clients
* Work closely with the recruitment consultants to understand the client needs
* Place candidates successfully with our clients
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs
* Support the team with ad-hoc administration duties
* Participate in regular meetings with the team and manager to maximise synergies, discuss market developments, share experience and knowledge and report on candidate progress.
