About your role

Due to organic growth within our Sydney CBD office, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Business Support team. This position presents outstanding earning potential, career growth opportunities and the chance to work with some of the biggest clients in the baking & finance sector Sydney.

You will work with a team of experienced recruitment consultants to help them source, screen and place candidates within the business support sector.The types of roles you will focus on are administration, office support & management and customer service.

Responsibilities include

As a recruitment resourcer you will support your teams in assisting with any recruitment needs. You will screen & meet with candidates face to face to discover the right potential fit for your clients vacancies.

  • Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration duties that will allow the sales team to achieve their
    Business Development activity targets
  • Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes.
  • Source, screen, qualify, brief & prepare candidates for interviews
  • Writing & posting job adverts
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
  • Completing reference checks

What you will need to succeed

  • A great telephone manner
  • A clear mindset and the drive and energy to achieve targets.
  • Diligent in performing operational activities and is always willing to "go the extra mile".
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working closely with a team as well as independently
  • Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Resilient
