Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Branch Manager for Construction, Property and Engineering you will work alongside and supporting one Senior Recruitment Consultant for the first 12 months recruiting temp blue collar candidates in Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter region. This will be just the start as you will be developed into a Recruitment Consultant with daily training, coaching and mentoring. You will learn all the facets of being a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Your key responsibilities:

* Create candidate attraction strategies
* Publishing job adverts
* Screen and interview candidates
* Conduct pre-employment assessments and onsite inductions
* Timesheets and payroll functions
* Brief and coach your candidates prior to interviews with clients
* Place candidates successfully with our clients
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs
* Support the team with ad-hoc administration duties
* Participate in regular meetings with the team and manager to maximise synergies, discuss market developments, share experience and knowledge and report on candidate progress.
