* Be the national lead for our Marketing & Digital division

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the General Manager- Sales & Marketing, you will lead and inspire a team high performing Consultants. In this role you will meet and exceed your Revenue targets, develop strategies to grow the business inline with the company's budgets and objectives.

Your key responsibilities:



* Developing client relationships, increasing market share and penetration within existing accounts
* Business Development strategies and acquiring new accounts
* Maintain a high level of service to our clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
* Positively promote the Randstad business and your specialisation within the local business community
* Developing your team by providing training, support and coaching
* Ensure that you set and manage achievable KPIs for your team to drive key business outcomes

What are we looking for in you?



* Previous Branch Manager, Manager or Team Leader experience ideally within Sales & Marketing/Professional Services.
* You will be an experienced and engaging leader, who is solutions focused and leads from the front
* Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proven record of delivering results, client attraction strategies and quality lead generation.

Joining us as a Manager at Randstad for our Marketing & Digital division your package will be made up of a base salary + superannuation + Commission and an excellent monthly commission structure.
