About your role

Due to organic growth within our Sydney CBD office, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment recruitment consultant to join our construction, property and engineering team in government. This position presents outstanding earning potential, career growth opportunities and the chance to work with some of the biggest clients in the government sector. With an established warm desk, you'll focus on placing both temporary and permanent candidates across a range of roles.

Responsibilities include

  • 360 end to end recruitment
  • Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy and services
  • Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates
  • Business development with new and existing clients
  • Nurturing and growing client & candidate relationships
  • Planning and executing hiring strategies

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing principal recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of recruitment within an agency environment
  • Have a clear mindset and the drive and energy to achieve targets
  • Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
  • Experience hitting KPI's
  • Resilience
