Our Banking & Finance team is based in our Sydney CBD office and is lead by Richard Kennedy. As a team, they are constantly hitting and overachieving their budget. They are well established, knowledgeable and credible within their specialisation. The team recruits roles across:



* Accounting
* Risk and compliance
* Analytics
* Lending
* Wealth
* Institutional banking
* Insurance

As a result of their ongoing success, Richard is hiring multiple roles to continue to grow his team and market share. Clients you will be working with range from the large MNC's to smaller organisations. In your role as a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for your own set of clients specialising in either of the above-named areas. Cold calling and leveraging off existing relationships is part of your daily responsibilities, as well as the sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates. You will build your own pool of clients and candidates to ultimately match together, working towards your own individual financial target. It's commission based role with a structure like a boutique agency.

The team you will join is collaborative, fun, helpful and offers a great work-life balance. They enjoy having a time out of the office to celebrate success.

About you

You:



* Are an experienced recruiter or are currently working within the Banking & Financial Services sector and seeking a career change
* Enjoy working in a sales and outcomes-driven environment
* Have a professional attitude and work well with people at all levels, including senior managers and candidates within the Banking & Financial services sector
