Randstad Australia continues to grow and we are currently establishing a national delivery team in our newly refurbished Hendra Office. In your role as the workforce administrator you are part of our Construction, Property & Engineering Blue Collar team and will focus on delivery to national clients and volume projects. The Business Development Manager, based in Sydney, brings in volume project work across the mining & renewable energy and civil & infrastructure sectors. As the workforce administrator you will find the best talent for these roles and build a strong database for future projects. It's a fast paced environment wherein you will be managing candidate relationships from start to end including induction of your candidates with your clients.
