    The Industrial team in Canberra CBD are looking for a 360 recruiter to join their team. Your desk will have a focus on placing temp and perm white collar professionals across commercial sectors.

    A typical day:

    • Business development
    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
    • End-end process from candidate enquiry through to placement
    • Screening, interviewing and placing candidates
    • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
    The Ideal candidate

    With a background in sales, you'll have 2 years recruitment experience within a client facing role and be used to hitting your KPIS within a fast paced environment. You're proactive and resilient and act collaboratively to contribute to shared team goals.
