About your role

As a Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting & placing candidates within the Allied Health sector. You will work with your clients to provide the very best recruitment service & market knowledge. You will mainly focus on recruiting permanent candidates within mental health & occupational therapy.

The team

Kate Peraux heads up Randstad's Healthcare recruitment division across Australia. Kate has been with Randstad for just over 4 years and is an expert in both healthcare & education recruitment. Her management style is relaxed and she really leads her teams from the front. The Healthcare recruitment team is made up of 8 recruitment consultants, our consultants recruit Medical & Health Professionals throughout NSW, QLD & VIC.

Responsibilities include

  • 360 end to end recruitment
  • Business development
  • Market mapping
  • Nurture and grow client relationships
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

  • 1+ years experience in a permanent recruitment role
  • You are a strong sales person, who enjoys picking up the phone
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
  • Experience hitting KPI's
  • Resilient
