Are you an experienced Education Resourcer / Recruiter who wants to work with an established pool of existing clients and candidates? OR are you looking to start your career in Education recruitment? Get in touch today!

Our Education team is based in our Sydney CBD office and is lead by Claire Waters. They are a fun, vibrant, outgoing team who strive to be the best. They are well established and credible within their specialisation and work with nearly all of the major clients in the Education space.

Due to growth we are currently looking for a Early Childhood Recruiter to take over a warm, dual desk placing permanent candidates in to our clients. You will build your own pool of clients and candidates but also manage a portfolio of established clients.

Responsibilities:



* Manage 360 life cycle of role brief to placement
* Building relationships with existing Early Years clients
* New business development
* Negotiating terms of business
* Sourcing candidates
* Networking in your field of expertise

About you:



* A minimum of 2 years experience in sales / recruitment
* Experience within Education Recruitment is highly advantageous
* Positive, tenacious, hard working attitude
* Have great attention to detail
