About the team

This is a great opportunity to work in the successful and growing Sydney Construction, Property and Engineering team. Sydney CPE, has a vibrant, energetic culture where everyone gets along, we work hard and play hard and support each other to achieve great things. The Sydney team is renowned for its high energy, fun positive culture and an emphasis on supporting each other whist celebrating their successes.

At present the team has 26 consultants, billing managers and admin staff and there are long term opportunities available for those who are ambitious for career progression

About the role

The Construction Build desk is a permanent focussed desk working on white collar opportunities. The Consultant would be dealing with tier one and two contracting organisations who are delivering a wide variety construction projects. It could be a commercial tower, hospital, residential high rise or an industrial warehouse - this is historically one of Sydney’s most lucrative desks

Skills and Experience

• Recruitment experience or sales experience
• High energy levels and a positive attitude
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Passion to succeed in a busy working environment
• Team focused and a collaborative working style
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
