Recruitment Consultant - Business Support - Commercial - Wollongong

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Manager in Business Support, you will work on a dual desk recruiting in to small to medium commercial businesses. You will be working alongside 4 Recruitment consultants and 1 Talent Acquisition specialist, all of who are high achieving and supportive.

Your key responsibilities:

* Business development calls and client visits
* Source and place candidates for your clients
* Create candidate attraction strategies
* Engage with your clients
* Screen and interview candidates
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs
What are we looking for in you?

* You love to hit goals and targets
* Minimum of 12 months sales experience
* You are happy to make cold and warm calls
* You are driven and love to work in a supportive team environment
* Able to build new relationships and grow existing clients
* Ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
* Proven ability to be resilient
