About the job

The Business Support team in Perth is looking for a new Recruiter to come and join the team. In the job, you will be recruiting for a variety of temporary and permanent business support roles across Clerical, Finance, Customer Service and Human Resources. Recruiting for some of Australia’s largest top tier clients, your clients will include law firms, accounting practices, technology and IT firms and consulting practices. You will be responsible for account management of existing clients however your job has a strong focus on business development and sales through building new relationships and winning new clients, both via the phone and in face to face meetings. You will also focus your time on sourcing and engaging the best talent in the Perth market and helping them secure new roles.

You will be part of a very successful, hardworking and close-knit team. You will report into Tom Lupton, the Manager of Business Support in Perth who has extensive experience across the recruitment industry in both Australia and the UK.

About you
You have previous experience in recruitment or sales and you are eager to drive sales and grow the desk. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have the drive to always do more and to succeed. You are a high achiever, motivated and you are a great team player. You must have a driver’s license.
