About the role

You will be joining a very successful team of Recruitment Consultants in our Sydney CBD offices. In this role you will have the opportunity to work a dual Accounting and Finance desk with a specific focus on placing Accounting. You will have the opportunity to work across all commercial businesses with no restrictions.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with developing new business under the Randstad brand. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.

Key Responsibilities



* New business development
* Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
* Sourcing candidates
* Screen and assess candidates for appropriate positions
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitable for clients
* Coordinate interviews
* Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact

What we are looking for in you

Ideally you will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, achievement focused and want to work for a global business. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and be a positive and resilient person who thrives on challenges.
