About the job

Our Accounting team in Melbourne’s CBD have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on both contract and permanent Accounting roles. You will work across our entire client portfolio giving you great experience of working across different industries.

This is a 360 recruitment role encompassing sales and business development, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and effective client/candidate relationship management with huge potential for success.

About the team

You will work with a driven and passionate people who share common goals and work together to consistently deliver high quality outcomes. Our team partners with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders to develop successful long term relationships and deliver exceptional results.

About you

You will have at least 1 years experience in a recruitment agency. Although Accounting recruitment experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

You will enjoy both business development and relationship management. You are a driven and passionate person with excellent communication skills and high energy.
