Randstad Australia is now looking for experienced finance recruiters to join their rapidly growing Banking & Finance team in Sydney!

What will you do?
Our Banking & Finance team is based in our Sydney CBD office and is lead by Richard Kennedy. As a team, they are constantly hitting and overachieving their budget. A lot of the team members have a background in the finance industry which means they are experts and credible within their specialisation. The team recruits roles across the following areas:Accounting, Risk & Compliance, Analytics, Lending, Wealth, Institutional Banking and Insurance.

In this 360 degree recruitment consultant role you will:

* Work with clients ranging from the large MNCs to smaller organisations;
* Acquire new clients through cold acquisition;
* Building on existing relationships with clients of Randstad;
* Build your own pool of clients and candidates;
* Work towards daily sales targets and KPIs.

Who are you?
You are an experienced finance recruiter or currently working within the Banking & Financial Services sector and seeking a career change. What we look for in a candidate is the following:

* You are driven by sales and cold calling is your second nature;
* You are an excellent communicator with people from all levels, including senior managers and candidates;
* You are familiar with working towards targets and KPIs.

We offer a competitive base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 depending on experience with a structure like a boutique agency (up to 40% commission).
