Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant within the blue collar space to work onsite for one our key accounts. Based in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne.

Randstad is seeking a highly motivated blue collar Onsite Recruitment Consultant to provide excellent customer service to a major client.

Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment, have experience working working on unionised sites, and consider themselves a guru on all matters pertaining to industrial relations and HR best practices. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with employees and clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR and customer service skills.

The Role



* High volume recruitment for blue collar positions for a major client
* Empower a safe workforce
* Sort through online resumes for suitable candidates
* Book inductions and interviews for candidates
* Conduct interviews, reference checks and medicals
* Use our recruitment database and rosters/spreadsheets to enter candidate information
* Ensure all administration and filing is accurate and up to date
* Establish and build a relationship with a major client
* Possess a comprehensive appreciation of workplace, health and safety practices

The successful applicant will demonstrate:



* A proactive and energetic approach to their work
* Experience working with a unionised workforce
* Experience in IR/HR & EBA best practices
* Exceptional time management
* Excellent customer service
* A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
* Able to multitask in this exciting high volume environment
* Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
