National Account Manager - Parramatta or Sydney CBD

Randstad are currently in the process huge growth we are now looking for new National Account Manager to join our offices in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta. In this role you will be able to identify and convert growth opportunities within existing national accounts and to set out for Randstad to win share of wallet. The National Account Manager will also ensure that there is a collaborative approach to delivering on designated accounts through effective stakeholder engagement and ensuring all Randstad divisions are aligned to achieve business growth within national accounts.

Key Responsibilities



* Collaborate with the various Randstad divisions in order to optimise opportunities within designated accounts
* Facilitate cross selling opportunities across various randstad divisions
* Ensure account growth by maximising mix of business
* Utilise external market data, customer insights and research along with competitor information to ensure we are maximising revenue opportunities within designated accounts
* Outward sales activity including client meetings, networking and marketing to prospective and buying contacts within designated accounts
* Identify and influence key decision makers at all levels within designated accounts across HR and procurement

Client retention responsibilities:



* Defend existing key accounts
* Understand the client's internal environment and external marketplace to identify and mitigate risk factors to the account (eg; legislation changes, investment)
* Drive and manage regular client service reviews (minimum quarterly)
* Support the Sector Lead and play a role in executing the sales strategy for large accounts
* Building and developing professional relationships at senior levels (senior executive, senior operations, HR & procurement) within designated accounts.

Experience

The successful individual will demonstrate leadership skills in driving sales processes and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Communication and relationship building skills would need to be highly effective with the ability to organise, inspire, motivate and lead initiatives through diverse teams. To be successful, the individual will have a strong commitment to customer service, delivery and follow through.
