Reporting to the Group Executive, P&C and the senior leadership team, your role will involve managing the planning, advice, and execution of change and internal communication strategies, to achieve the People & Culture strategic objectives. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a global leader in data-driven insights and ideas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and ongoing analysis of the global internal communications strategy
  • Design and delivery of the company purpose and culture program, to engage, inspire and foster exceptional employee relations and performance
  • Partner with P&C representatives and business executives to write all communications, collateral and online media that will be shared with the employee
  • Thought leadership work for the P&C Executive team on data analytics and AI + other industries/products
  • Develop and deliver change management and communication strategies to support People & Culture initiatives
  • Change management lead for key organisational-wide initiatives and programs

This is a great opportunity to make your mark and partner this organisation through its next stage of development. To succeed in this role you will have 5 years’ + experience in internal communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations, change management or consulting.

You will have experience working in a high growth, ambiguous environment, developing communication and change strategies. Strong business acumen with the capability to consult with key stakeholders is also very important. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, plus strong attention to detail are imperative in this role.
