Role and responsibilities:
  • Helping with organising and shaping company events
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently and using their own initiative
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge, staying abreast of changes in relevant regulations, considering its impact on the company’s HR strategy and recommending appropriate action
  • Streamlining HR policies
  • Collaborating with line managers
  • Developing an EVP
  • Ensures contractual compliance of all staff with relevant employment law and company policies
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and proven hands-on experience of employee relations cases and initiatives,

You, the ideal candidate will be;

  • Experience of working as an HR Manager in a stand alone role will be highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and have the ability to influence at the leadership and executive level and across multiple functions.
