We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract for approx. 6 months starting as soon as possible.

the position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with Directors to deliver the business strategy and objectives, by working in partnership with business areas to drive improved organisational performance. The HRBP is there to act as a sounding board to the line managers and to challenge the norm. The role also involves helping to devise and implement cultural and organisational change plans.

The HRBP should be comfortable influencing at a senior level, and advising on areas such as recruitment, learning & development, performance management, talent management, employee relations, reward and organisational structure.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast paced business environment and enjoy the complexity of supporting a combination of permanent and temporary / labour hire employees with a national, multisite scope.

knowledge, skills and experience:



* 5+ years of experience in a large company, ideally in a fast paced multi-site environment, in an operational management or senior HR role working with a mix of short term and longer term objectives

* High level of written and spoken communication

* Numeracy and IT ability

* Ability to partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
