Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapist)

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Randstad's expanding Occupational Rehabilitation business. We are
seeking an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join the team as a Senior Rehabilitation
Consultant. This role is a permanent position with options for full time or part time employment, is based in Wayville
and offers competitive salary and bonus structures.

Randstad understand the importance of flexible work arrangements and takes pride in providing our staff all the
resources required to perform their role to the best of their ability. This includes promoting working from home or
mobile working when not working from our new fully furnished Wayville office. Consultants are also provided a
laptop and work phone along and opportunities to access professional development and training.

After a significant level of growth in 2019 our goal as a team is to expand and continue our growth through 2020. To
achieve this goal we require a Consultant who can work with management to review existing services and develop
new ones. We encourage anyone with the relevant experience to apply for this opportunity to be part of an exciting,

This role will see you working with referrals from RTWSA and their agents along with employer direct referrals and
self insurers. Services will primarily include Worksite Assessments, Graduated Return to Work schedules, Activity of
Daily Living Assessments, Return to Work services, Injury Management Consultation, and Functional Capacity
Evaluations. There will also be opportunities to perform Occupational Health services including pre employment
medicals and Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Role requirements:
To be considered for this role you will require:
 Current experience in the providing Return to Work services
 Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
 Membership/registration with relevant professional Associations
 Motivation to provide quality services and a drive to modify service provision to achieve this goal
 Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key clients
 A current Australian driver's licence and transportation
