Randstad Talent Solutions are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our extremely experienced recruitment teams in Sydney & Queensland or Victoria & Adelaide or depending on your experience take on 4 portfolios . In this role you will directly managing 2 - 4 recruitment consultants and indirectly a team 4 - 6 who sit on our client sites. As well as managing a very successful team you will also be responsible for the growth of clients accounts and bringing on new business.

The Commercial Manager role would suit an experienced State Manager, General Manager or Branch Manager who is currently working in the recruitment sector. The role will require travel weekly and will offer the the opportunity to work from home. Initially it would be expected that you would be based at a Randstad office when not out at client sites.

What the position entails:



* Delivering on the national sales strategy through effective sales leadership
* Effective account management through being a positive sales leader and representative of Randstad
* Ensuring best practice in regards to new client acquisition and retention
* Being responsible for developing tactics, delivering on sales plans and achieving profit targets for the respective state
* Having a sound understanding of Randstad's Inhouse services and be able to identify a solution that would best suit the client
* Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business.
* Successful bid and tender preparation and execution through working effectively with the Inhouse solutions team
