Are you an experienced sales/recruitment professional who is passionate about building strategic client relationships and challenging the status quo?

The Central Delivery Team in Sydney is based on a new and innovative delivery model within Randstad. Our mission is to challenge the status quo, to ensure that the experience of clients and candidates of Randstad is continuously improved. We do this through service delivery and strengthening and building strategic client relationships. The right person for this role is someone who can influence senior client relationships both externally and internally to evolve a business and grow market share.

You will be establishing and growing key relationships between Randstad and NSW Government and contingent teams and will then be bringing together the right group of stakeholders to collaboratively develop enterprise-wide solutions. In addition, you will maintain and grow existing candidate and client relationships, by managing a portfolio of temporary workers onsite.

You will market Randstad’s enterprise-wide solutions that encompasses all areas within the client's organisation. In addition, you will work closely with the business to support the operational teams' execution to deliver consistent first class value and service.

About you

You must have previous experience in a recruitment agency environment in either a recruitment consultant or business development role. Previous experience working with government clients will be advantageous.

To be successful in this role you must be a high performer, demonstrated through your experience in a similar role. You will be experienced in pursuing and strengthening key relationships, this could already be within the government sector or elsewhere. A key strength, is the ability to bring together the right group of stakeholders to collaboratively develop solutions that result in significant revenue growth.

You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills in driving sales and the ability to foster and drive collaboration across both internal and external stakeholders.
