About the job

The Education team in Sydney is looking for a Candidate Manager to join the team. In the job, you will be sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of temporary roles across the Early Childhood sector. Your direct team is made up of 4 candidate managers and 1 team leader. You will be working closely with consultants throughout Australia and New Zealand and will have the confidence to build relationships with your colleagues to ensure you are meeting the divisions demand for candidates. As the front line, speaking with candidates will require excellent customer service and as part of their process you will need to have strong administration skills and attention to detail to ensure educators are able to be sent out for work.You will also be completing all compliance checks including reference checks, background checks, and working with children checks.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You have previous experience in administration or customer service and you are ambitious and eager to succeed. You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working to targets. You are proactive and resilient and you are great at multi-tasking. You must be a great team player and love networking and building relationships on the phone.
