What will you be doing?

Reporting into the Director for Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for growing existing and developing new accounts. Your main focus will be providing solutions to clients who are looking to run high volume recruitment campaigns. In this autonomous role you will work closely with the teams who execute these solutions to our clients. You will focus on a variety of industries, understand your (new) client needs and provide suitable talent solutions. Your key responsibilities:



* Sales strategy for growing our high volume recruitment (i.e. Assessment Centres) portfolio
* Collaborate closely with your clients to understand their needs
* Work with our internal teams to ensure excellent delivery
* Understand different industries and their talent & recruitment challenges
* The process regarding acquiring new business and account management; from initial client contact to delivery of the solution

* Strong sales and business development skills
* Excellent account management skills
