Asia Pacific (APAC). To support the ongoing needs of countries across APAC, the Associate Relationship Manager APAC will attract, recruit, train, engage and retain a high performing Associate talent pool to deliver with consistency, excellence and WOW.

Our growing team needs a talented and focused Associate Relationship Manager to manage our APAC associates - a team of dedicated people who deliver coaching and write resumes for our APAC participants. To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in recruiting and training a flexible workforce across APAC and focus on the quality and consistency of coaching and resume writing.

You're a hands-on person who thrives on being across multiple priorities, delivering high quality work and you are agile in adapting to changing priorities. As this role supports our APAC region, speaking Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese or another Asian language is highly desirable. Additionally, we're open to you working flexibly from 10am to 6pm to align with timezones across the region.
