The opportunity:

Randstad is recruiting a Workshop Administrator to join our National, reputable client in Singleton. This position will commence on a temporary basis initially with view to transition to permanency for the right candidate.

The role:

As the Workshop Administrator, you will provide and maintain administrative support to the workshop branches on a day to day basis.

Duties include:

• Setting up project administration in a timely manner
• Ordering and receiving parts
• Inbound and outbound correspondence with clients and customers

What were looking for:

• Recent experience in office administration, customer invoicing or project support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Efficiency with completing and prioritising set tasks
• Alignment to organisational values
• Strong attention to detail

Our client is also open to Trainee's with entry level administrative experience, so please still apply if you don't meet the above.
