job description

We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and coordination experience in the utilities or government sector, this role will work closely with and provide support to the work scheduling team

Your role will provide a comprehensive range of customer and business support services including processing meter changes in the organisations billing system.

You will work closely with retailers and internal departments to provide a high level of customer service, coordination, support and resolutions.

Location city fringe.


Duties:
• Processing and resolving complex exceptions and closures
• Coordination of connections to meet customer service standards
• Data management in workflow system
• Assisting the compliance team as required
• Preparation of formal approvals
• Management of customer complaints and enquiries
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
• Ad-hoc administration duties


Required Skills:
• High level of customer service and negotiation skills (advanced)
• Analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong knowledge of WHS policies and practices
• Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Strong computer skills
