Embarking on an exciting journey, our client is in search of a dynamic and savvy Workforce Planning Consultant. This opportunity is newly established within a highly sought-after initiative with one of the Australian big 4 banks that is leading the way in innovation, technology and customer driven initiatives. Within this role, you will be ideally coming with previous experience using workforce management methodologies and tools to really drive decision making and making calculated recommendations that supports the productivity and financial goals of the bank.

What you require to be successful in this role:

  • 2 - 3+ years’ experience working as a Workforce Planning Consultant/Manager in a role with similar reporting functionality.
  • Exposure working or an understanding of conducting diagnostics and problem solving where you are able to demonstrate your ability to drive productivity.
  • Ability to undertake responsibilities of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of a “one team environment”, all working together for the overall success of the enterprise and delivery to its customers.
  • Excellent in time management, planning, implementation and execution of key business initiatives.
