    wellbeing advocate - the opportunity.

    Randstad Health & Social Care is working with Queensland's most prominent Veterans' Service Provider exclusively to recruit a flexible, passionate and comprehensive Wellbeing Advocate.

    Be trained in Military Advocacy qualifications with the backing of a state-wide team while you support your own caseload of Veterans and their families to access services, navigate crisis presentations and pursue their own wellbeing goals. Work alongside Team Leaders and other Wellbeing Advocates to improve outcomes for Australia's returned servicepeople.

    about your role:
    • 3 days in office and 2 days work from home
    • Services provided from one central hub location
    • Regular business hours with no on-call requirements - work 8:30am - 4:30pm, 5 days a week
    • Navigate stakeholder relationships with external service providers to connect Veterans with services in line with their wellbeing goals while utilisng established internal programs and supports
    • Average case load of 10 clients at a time - work up to a full casload over 4 week orientation and don't get thrown in the deep end!
    about you:
    • Bachelor level qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Mental Health, Behavioural Sciences etc
    • Military experience or connections not necessary!
    • Complex case management experience highly regarded
    your salary & benefits:
    • Salary of $73,851 + 10.5% superannuation for a total package of $81,605
    • No on call requirements - work a regular 8:30am - 4:3pm day, 5 days a week
    • WFH hybird flexibility - Opportunity to work 3 days from office and 2 days from home
    • Supported Professional Development, including free Wellbeing Advocate (ATDP Framework) qualification
