Join a Federal Government body's Web Projects team, liaising closely with the Communications and IT teams, internal and external stakeholders, business owners, and individual consumers. Our client is looking to revamp their external-facing website during a time of corporate transition. They require someone with very strong skills and senior-level experience in digital content, website (Drupal CMS) management, online publishing, and online user-experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the content process - auditing existing content, removing what’s unnecessary, editing complex or hard-to-understand content, and creating new content from scratch where necessary
  • Liaising with stakeholders - internal and external to ensure information is accurately captured and published
  • Contribute to process improvement, and establishing team procedures
  • Quality assurance testing

What You'll Need

  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong experience and understanding of Drupal CMS
  • Strong working knowledge of website information architecture, structuring content, WCAG2 and accesibility, and SEO
  • Strong UI / UX experience
