Through phone-based business, you will help customers by giving them guidance and access to the best Superannuation, Insurance & Investment advice.
The customer will be at the centre of everything you do. It will be your responsibility to take ownership of all customer requests and issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.

What will I do?

  • Take ownership of all customer requests and issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Life Insurance, superannuation or investments solutions to our existing bank clients and new direct clients.
  • Measured and rewarded for sharing best practice, meeting targets, receiving positive customer ratings and strong referral activity.
  • Manage relationships with referral partners and stakeholders across Financial Planning, branch networks, underwriting and business leaders.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in providing high quality customer service or sales, and a true desire to help our customers meet their financial goals.
  • You ideally have an interest in financial services and possess previous experience in the industry
  • Great communication skills, so that any customer who speaks with you feels entirely confident that they’re in capable hands.
  • RG146 qualification or be willing to complete within a specified timeframe.
