Randstad Hobart are working with our partners in business to source for Water Services Operators

The Water Services Operator is responsible for providing safe, effective and efficient operation and/ or
maintenance of water and sewerage infrastructure to ensure customer service and regulatory expectations
are achieved. Ensuring appropriate escalation of potential business risks such as non-compliance, customer
impacts, quality or service efficiency to line management.

You will be required to use a range of tools and current technologies as appropriate to the position and
organisational needs, including software applications and devices and undertaking the maintenance and repair of water and sewage assets and equipment, including the provision of all necessary feedback.

This role will require regular heavy lifting, kneel for long periods, confined space tasks, regular long distance
walking, exposure to extreme weather including hot, cold and other conditions, public
speaking etc.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety
• Current MR truck licence
• White card
• First Aid
